What are the payment options?
We accept debit/credit cards, Paypal, and Affirm.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 14 days from order date. Items must be sealed, unopen, and unused. customer is responsible to pay for returned shipping.
What is your refund policy?
Regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1-3 business days. Funds availability depend upon your financial institution once credited by us.
Our refund policy does not cover loss, theft, or damage during shipping. However, we can file an insurance claim with the shipper on your behalf, and offer a refund or exchange for the value recovered from the claim.

What is the processing time for my order?
Natural Products: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for each order to be processed before shipped.
Apparel & Tingz: It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
Where does your purple sea moss come from?
Our purple sea moss is wildcrafted and imported from Jamaica.
How long does dry sea moss last?
It is non-perishable as long as not kept in conditions that cause it to spoil. Store in a cool dark place.
How long does sea moss gel last?
It can last up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer. Signs of spoilage include odd pungent aroma & light grayish watery/slimy coating on top layer & mold. Discard if you see signs of spoilage
How do I make sea moss gel?
Instructions are included in your order when purchasing dry sea moss.

Can sea moss be used for hair or skincare?
Yes, it can be used for both.
Are any of your bookings refundable?
After completing a session it is non-refundable. Our pricing plans/packages are non-refundable after completing the first session. Sessions are transferrable.
How much is it for Beach Yoga on Sundays?
Beach Yoga is FREE. We do accept Donations.
